FigFigFig Brain ERP
The lab is housed in two small suites, one for eye tracking and the other for EEG/ERP. Additional equipment is located in recording and running rooms shared by faculty in Language and Cognition. Our lab's facilities include:

  • Tools for standard cognitive psychological and psycholinguistic paradigms requiring precise computer control (with several PCs and Macs in subject running rooms, each equipped with high-quality headphone amplifiers and headphones)
  • High-end recording software (DigiDesign) and hardware
  • Sound-attenuated booths for stimulus recording and experiment running
  • Two eye trackers:
    1. An ASL R-6 remote
    2. An ASL 6000 with chinrest-mounted optics
  • An EEG/ERP lab with Cortech/Biosemi 128-channel high density electrode arrays
  • Several high-end workstations (Mac, Linux, Windows) for data analysis and computational modeling

Lab members also have access to the extensive facilities at Haskins Laboratories in New Haven.
